    Kate is a Doctor of Pharmacy and practices at a local pharmacy. Dedicated to healthcare and fitness, she loves to stay active, be a part of the local community and is excited to offer South Bay a workout she truly believes in !

This is a one stop shop: we incorporate high intensity interval training, tabata, TRX, Bosu balls, treadmills, kettle bells, pull-up bars, resistance training, free weights, valslides, jump rope, and stretching that will lengthen, tone, burn fat, and get you into the best shape of your life. Workout

The S.E.L.F Fitness HIIT Classes combine intervals of strength and cardio into a one-hour full body class. We always make sure to give you a good stretch afterwards to really lengthen and tone your muscles. We constantly change up the classes so you won't ever feel bored while always working different parts of the body. The difference with HIIT compared to steady state training is in the post workout recovery, the body's metabolism remains elevated for hours, burning additional calories, most of which are fat calories. In the end HIIT burns fat quicker, retains muscle mass, and burns calories for hours after the workout!

All strength class focuses on strengthening, toning and building lean muscle using a variety of weight training equipment and body weight.
